  • The most important ground rule that we go by: You are doing nothing wrong, there is nothing to fix! Today you are creating the best you possibly can with who you are and where you are today.
  • That makes for a judgement free environment where we can freely focus on your development. What additional tools and clarity do you need to take the next step?
  • It is more about your growth than it is about our methodology. We are all unique! Our work focuses on exposing all the good that comes from the individual you are. Therefore, we don’t believe in forcing our methodology on you, rather we focus on expanding your clarity and awareness.
  • You can expect us to be transparent, friendly and clear. We’ll not beat around the bush and share what we think is relevant in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Nothing is extraordinary to us. We have made our fair share of “mistakes” and witnessed even more. Welcome to the reality of projects. You’ll experience that we nurture a safe environment where you can openly share all your accomplishments and obstacles.
  • What we like to see from you? Bring yourself, all of it. Be open minded about your improvement and how to get there. Chances are that the path is different as you expected it to be, which typically is a good thing!!

From a practical angle

  • You are and remain responsible for the projects you run. We provide guidance in the background.
  • In our coaching sessions we are only visible to you. You remain the face to the people in your project environment.
  • Naturally everything we work on is confidential and secured. Through time we basically build your personal PM growth portfolio.
  • We go by your project work. What is relevant in your projects now is the source for the topics we work on. These topics typically are a good indication of the next step to be taken in your growth. This approach provides a win-win. You make tangible project progress while we look beyond the topic to expose and obtain the deeper learning to be had.
  • We operate using a professional online coaching support platform. You have your dedicated secure environment with your coach. There we record our sessions, communicate, share information and manage the actions we have resulting from our coaching sessions.
  • Your portfolio is accessible for as long as we cooperate. After that, you can download all the contents to your personal space.
