I'm Paul Brand, founder of PM Guidance. I have 25+ years of experience in software-driven improvement projects. On the vendor side, managing delivery. On the customer side, achieving the business improvement that software enables. I've been in the same seat you're in, and on the receiving end of what you do.
I started PM Guidance because I kept seeing capable, trained project managers struggle with challenges their education never addressed. The people side of delivery. There is little understanding and support for the specific challenges vendor PMs face. That's why PM Guidance exists.
