PM Guidance is founded by Paul Brand. Executive Consultant for over 20 years in corporate environments throughout the US and Europe. Serving customers like Walmart, Ahold Delhaize, Heineken, Rollins and many others in their Project Delivery needs.

PM Guidance originated from career long observations of projects that struggle. The project management methodologies and theories have evolved significantly however the projects continue to struggle. Why are the results not there, why is significant improvement in project execution not happening?

The reality is that PM-Guidance is not about projects. It is about the unfulfilled potential of improvements to be delivered through projects, resulting from project ineffectiveness. It is about the individuals involved having a hard time. The reality of people, organizations and society at large is negatively impacted. And often unnecessarily so.

That is why at PM-Guidance our mission is to assist individuals and organizations in more successfully delivering projects. We do so by growing skills as well as awareness of what it takes to execute successful projects.  By working with the leadership of Project Delivery organizations as well as individual Project- and Program Managers.

Our offerings are supplementing the common Project Management curriculum, translating that in practical, operable skills. Such that when Monday morning comes you are equipped to deal with the colleague that is having a tough time or the Steering Committee that you always dread to host.
